Overview
The Battery Balancer ensures uniform charging across series-connected 12V batteries or multiple parallel strings of series-connected batteries. Once the 24V battery system's charge voltage exceeds 27V, the Battery Balancer activates, comparing the voltage between the two series-connected batteries. It then draws up to 1A from the battery (or parallel batteries) with the higher voltage to equalize the charge. This process ensures that all batteries reach the same state of charge.
Multiple balancers can be connected in parallel if necessary. For a 48V battery bank, three Battery Balancers can balance the system effectively.
