Solar Guys Pro/EG4 Electronics provides a 10-year Standard Warranty for the EG4 18KPV-12LV Inverter. This warranty covers Full Parts Replacement or Full Product Replacement starting from the date of inverter purchase. It's important to register your warranty within the first year of purchase to maintain its validity; failure to do so may invalidate the warranty. The warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. During the warranty period, all parts exchanges are covered, with potential replacement shipping charges outside the continental US.

Warranty Exclusions - Solar Guys Pro is not obligated under this limited warranty for products subjected to certain conditions, including but not limited to:

• Damages occurring during installation or removal
• Mishandling or exposure to inappropriate environmental conditions
• Improper maintenance leading to damages
• Tampering, altering, or disassembling the product
