Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

we currently ship from two warehouses either from NV or from NC depending on distance and product availability. Shipments may be split between the warehouses.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days

Overnight delivery is only available for Orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Solar Guys Pro does not ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Separett & Solar Guys is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Damages

Separett & Solar Guys Pro are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Separett Warranty Policy

• 5-Year Warranty: Most of our waterless toilets, including the Separett Tiny® and Separett Villa® Extend, are covered by a five-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
• 2-Year Warranty: Some accessories and components, such as the Urine Separating Privy Set with Styrofoam Seat, come with a two-year warranty.

What the Warranty Covers:

• Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
• Replacement or repair of defective parts at no additional cost.
• Support for troubleshooting and technical assistance.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Damage due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation.
• Normal wear and tear or consumable parts.
• Modifications or unauthorized repairs.

How to Claim Your Warranty:

If you experience an issue with your Separett product, please contact our support team through  info@solarguyspro.com. Provide your proof of purchase, product details, and a description of the issue. Our team will assist you with troubleshooting, repairs, or replacement options.

 If our customer service team determines that this is a warranty matter, they will give you a Return Material Authorization ("RMA") number. You must properly package the product, clearly marking the RMA number on the package and including proof of your purchase date with the product. You must then send the product by mail or courier, with shipping costs paid by you, to our address.
