The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, theft, or confiscation of Zendure products. It will also be void if the product is not used as instructed or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
Warranty service may not be provided if the necessary information is unavailable. Additionally, this limited warranty does not apply to any battery cell or product containing a battery cell unless the cell has been fully charged within seven (7) days after purchase and at least once every 6 months thereafter.
Your warranty is non-transferable, and the Zendure Care Team reserves the right to make final determinations regarding warranty service.
Shipping General Shipping Details
We offer free standard shipping. Please note that express shipping is not available for P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Shipping Time excludes a processing period of 1 to 3 days before shipment. Track your package using our tracking platform. While we strive to deliver your package promptly, additional time may be necessary to resolve delivery address issues or clear customs.
