Parcel Shipping Times
The estimated shipping period for single-item orders that are in stock ranges from 2 to 4 working days, depending on your position in the order lineup. The actual arrival date of your order will be determined by the carrier selected.
Solar Guys Pro offers shipping services for eligible items based on business days (Monday to Friday), not including holidays and weekends. Your order may be split into several parcels depending on its details. Once an order is in transit, changing its route is not an option. It is crucial to double-check your delivery information, including your name, address, and contact number, before completing your order.
International Deliveries

Changes and Cancellations of Orders
You are permitted to cancel or adjust orders that have not yet shipped. For cancellations, get in touch with our Customer Service team within Solar Guys Pro's normal operating hours. If your order has not been processed or packed, there will be no cancellation fee. For orders that are packed but not shipped, changes or cancellations might be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%. Once an order has been assigned a tracking number, no modifications can be made.
Solar Panels Minimum Order Requirement
Based on our research on transit damages and shipping methods, we no longer ship solar panels in quantities less than 10 due to increased stability and success in delivery. We suggest ordering additional panels to ensure the safe receipt of your needed quantity. Considering the fragile nature of solar panels and the potential for handling damage during shipping, ordering more than your project's exact requirement is advisable. Packaging Standards
Solar Guys Pro complies with NMFC guidelines for packaging solar panels, ensuring each shipment is meticulously inspected and documented for packaging integrity before departure. Pallets are securely fastened with bands, straps, and wrap to guarantee safe delivery.
Accepting Your Solar Panels
Freight deliveries are made to the curbside, typically at the end of your driveway. The pallet will be unloaded by the driver using a lift gate and placed on your driveway. Note that the freight carrier is not responsible for moving the pallet further. Preparing to move your shipment from the drop-off point is recommended.
Inspect the delivery for any damage upon arrival. Any hidden damages not noted on the delivery receipt should be reported within 24 hours to both the freight carrier and Solar Guys Pro
Visible Damage: Report visible damages at delivery time, ensure the driver is aware, obtain an exception number, and have the damages documented on the delivery receipt. Concealed Damage: If damages are discovered post-delivery without being noted on the delivery receipt, report these to the carrier and Solar Guys Pro within 24 hours of receipt.
Guidelines for Receiving Solar Panels:
- Take photos of your order with the driver upon arrival.
- Document all sides of your pallet with photos.
- Report any packaging damage to your delivery driver.
- Secure an exception number from the driver.
- Ensure damage is noted on your delivery receipt.
- Report any damages immediately using the contact number on your delivery receipt.

- Look for scuffs, tears, or damage on the exterior packaging.
- Check for crushed, missing, or damaged cones atop the solar panel pallet.
- Ensure the pallet's feet are undamaged.
- Inspect for dents or punctures on or beneath the pallet's wrapping.
- Unwrap the pallet to inspect for any hidden exterior damages to the product.
