The DV8 Offroad 4th Gen Tacoma Spec Series Roof Rack is engineered to deliver a low-profile, high-strength storage solution for overland and off-road applications. Built specifically for 2024–2025 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab models, it combines durable construction with versatile mounting capabilities to support roof top tents, storage boxes, recovery gear, and other adventure equipment. The rack features six 80/20 cross bars with integrated T-slots compatible with M6 T-nuts, allowing secure and flexible gear mounting, while removable rear fins enable flush installation of rooftop tents, awnings, and larger accessories.
Designed for both strength and functionality, the rack uses steel mounting feet and 90-degree bent sidewalls for enhanced structural integrity, along with slotted side rails for expanded accessory options. An ultra-low-profile design with an angular wind deflector reduces wind noise while complementing the vehicle’s styling. Additional mounting options include rock light side slots, rear lighting mounts, and compatibility with a 40-inch rear cross bar light bar, as well as an optional front light mount supporting multiple lighting configurations. Constructed from lightweight aluminum with a micro-texture black powder coat and gloss black steel accents, the rack is fully bolt-on and built to handle demanding off-road use.

*** Please Note: The rack is only compatible with Double Cab models, and it will not fit XtraCab models. Models that feature a sunroof will need to run one less cross bar to clear for tilt position.
