The DV8 Offroad Spec Series Roof Rack for the 6th Gen Toyota 4Runner is engineered to provide maximum strength, versatility, and low-profile styling for overland and off-road applications. Featuring ten 80/20 T-slot cross bars that utilize M6 T-nuts, the rack offers extensive mounting options for rooftop tents, storage boxes, recovery gear, lighting, and other accessories. M6 slots along the top, rear, and full-length sidewalls allow flexible mounting configurations for tie-down points, scene lighting, awnings, and additional equipment. Its ultra low-profile design requires no rubber trim and avoids contact with body panels for a cleaner fit and quieter ride.
The rack includes steel mounting feet for superior load support and removable rear styling fins that allow flush mounting of rooftop tents, awnings, and larger accessories. Rear mounting slots support backup lighting, while the rear cross bar can accommodate a 40-inch light bar for improved rear visibility. Exterior-facing mounting bolts simplify installation by allowing the rack to be fully assembled and loaded before securing it to the vehicle. Built from lightweight aluminum with gloss black steel accent plates and finished in a micro-texture black powder coat, the rack combines durability, reduced wind noise, and a sleek appearance that complements the 4Runner’s factory styling.
