The MRCOOL® DIY 4th Gen Energy Star Series 12,000 BTU ductless mini-split inverter wall mount air handler (DIY-12-HP-WMAH-115C25) offers a powerful and efficient heating and cooling solution tailored for easy installation and year-round comfort. Ideal for residential or light commercial spaces up to 500 sq. ft., this unit eliminates the need for traditional ductwork and costly installation procedures.
Designed for DIY-friendly wall mounting, it requires no access to windows or major structural alterations. Once paired with a compatible condenser (sold separately), the system delivers seamless climate control through multiple modes: HEAT, COOL, DRY (dehumidify), and SLEEP.
The integrated SmartHVAC technology allows remote control of your air handler using your smartphone via the dedicated app or voice commands through Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant. The “Follow Me” function ensures precise comfort by sensing the temperature from the remote’s location rather than the unit itself.
For added convenience and safety, the air handler comes with the DIY Pro™ Cable for a secure and simple connection between indoor and outdoor units. Please note: this unit operates on a 115V/60Hz power supply, and the line set is not included.
