Purpose of This Plan
The Xpece Care Drone Protection Plan is designed to give Xpece drone owners peace of mind. We understand drones can crash, fly away, or be damaged during real-world use — especially in challenging environments like water, wind, and remote areas.
This plan provides one (1) full drone replacement within a 12-month period due to accidental damage, flyaway, or water-related failure. It’s our way of standing behind your drone investment — and helping you get back in the air faster.
Eligibility Requirements
To activate Xpece Care coverage, the following conditions must be met:
- Xpece Care must be purchased within 48 hours of the original drone purchase.
- The drone must have been purchased new from Xpece.com or an authorized dealer.
- The coverage is valid for 12 months from the date of drone purchase.
- The coverage is tied to the original purchaser and drone serial number. It is non-transferable.
Coverage Inclusions
Xpece Care covers the following types of loss or damage:
1. Accidental Crash Damage
- Mid-air collisions
- Impact with trees, water, buildings, or terrain
- Fall damage due to loss of control or sensor failure
2. Water Damage
- Water ingress in electronic components.
- Short-circuiting or internal corrosion from water landing
- Failed water recovery attempts
3. Flyaway Incidents
- Complete loss of the drone due to GPS error, compass interference, or app/controller disconnection, fishing line incident or user error.
4. Signal Interference Failure
- If flight logs show that your drone experienced signal interference causing loss of control or flyaway
5. Motor/Electronics Failure During Normal Use
- Must be unrelated to user modification, improper storage, or unauthorized repairs
Coverage Exclusions
Xpece Care does not cover the following:
- Loss or damage due modification or illegal use.
- Damage from unauthorized modifications or firmware tampering
- Damage from using non-Xpece batteries, propellers, or accessories
- Theft or loss from misconduct or
- Remote controller, batteries, bait release, and accessories
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect flight performance
- Pre-existing issues or damage prior to the plan purchase
- Use in commercial or military operations unless otherwise specified
Theft Coverage
Xpece Care includes limited coverage for theft, provided that the following conditions are met:
✅ Covered Theft Scenarios:
- The drone was stolen from a secured location, such as a locked vehicle, home, or storage facility.
- A police report is filed within 48 hours of the incident and submitted with the claim.
- A sworn incident statement, signed and witnessed, is submitted along with the report.
❌ Theft Exclusions:
- Theft resulting from negligence, such as leaving the drone unattended in a public or unsecured location (e.g., beach, park bench, open vehicle)
- Incidents where there is no police report or witness
- Theft claims made with conflicting or unverifiable details
- Theft claims that show signs of intentional mischief, staged incidents, or attempted fraud
⚠️ Fraud Disclaimer:
Any attempt to falsify a theft report, submit misleading information, or stage a theft will result in:
- Immediate voiding of the Xpece Care plan
- Permanent disqualification from future XpeceCare eligibility
- Possible legal action and notification to relevant authorities
Replacement Process
Here’s how it works if your drone is damaged or lost:
Step 1 – Submit a Claim
- Visit xpece.com/support or email support@xpece.com
- Include:
- Order number
- Serial number of the drone (if available)
- Description of incident
- Photos/video of the damaged
- Location and time of incident
Step 2 – Claim Review
- Xpece support will review the claim within 2 business days.
- We may ask for additional details such as:
- Videos and pictures
- Remote controller screenshots
- Return of the damaged drone if recoverable
Step 4 – Receive Replacement Drone
- Xpece will ship a replacement drone of the same model.
- Replacement drone ships within 3–5 business days.
- Replacement units come with a 90-day warranty.
Limitations
- Only one (1) replacement drone is allowed per XpeceCare plan.
- Replacement does not reset the plan duration.
- If the original model is discontinued, we will offer a model of equal or greater value.

- From an authorized Xpece dealer (within 14 days of drone purchase)
- Directly from customer support with proof of purchase
Additional Notes
- Xpece Care does not replace general liability insurance. It is a voluntary product protection plan.
- Plan is void if drone is used for illegal purposes.
- If fraudulent claims are detected, plan will be voided and the customer blacklisted from future claims.
Please note: XpeceCare is not a liability insurance policy. It does not cover any injury, property damage, or legal liability resulting from drone use. Instead, this is a product protection plan, that covers accidental damage, flyaways, water damage, and theft of the drone itself. It is designed to help you replace your Xpece drone in the event of a covered incident—but it does not cover damages you may cause to people, animals, buildings, vehicles, or any other property.

These ten 560 watt panals made a nice addition to my current system. Waiting for clear skies to see how they really preform. They did good on a cloudy day.
SKU SGR-5KE 5000W - 48VDC - 120V - 10.24KWH - 6x 415 Watts Solar Panels Setup was simple and straightforward. Followed the diagram for my system. Installation can be done with very basic electrical knowledge. This was a fun project seems to be good quality and performance. Batteries charge via generator for emergency backup. 6 panels pulling 2.2kw with 13a from 0% to 95% 4hrs. sunlight. This was a great investment. No more monthly bills.

Well, as you can see, it looks very nice. But the instructions hate to use the word sucks took it apart and put it together about four times before I finally got it right. I believe the instructions with four different unit. The instruction showed 3 shelves. Well, mine has 6 shelves instructions showed a lot of stuff different, but after I figured it out, after about 6 hours. It went together as a solid unit. I'm very happy with it.
So far so good.
I haven't had a chance to test out my system as of yet, still waiting to receive my home panel and sub panel and installation.

I decided with early warning of a potential damaging winter weather to invest in a whole home battery backup system. The Anker Solix F3800 plus to include 400 watt solar panel and two expansion batteries and a tri-fuel gas generator. I still need to purchase and install the home smart panel which I’ll do before summer. Luckily I spent the time to cut down potentially damaging trees that may have been susceptible to icing, earlier last year.
These batteries have been great so far! Would recommend. Very easy to setup with the Ruixu busbar and cables.

Love the Sun Gold it is fantastic. Do not be fooled by the look alsikes. They look like they were made on the same assembly line with just different paint. I have Eco worthy and they give me problems one of them is a daily issue to get it to start charging. Sun Gold never fails. All my Sun Gold hybrids never have issues so far. I also have a POWMR it turns off and on in the after noon constantle error codes 1,3, and 4 but I have been through the recommendations to fix the issues but still have the same problem. Do NOT stray away from buying the Sun Gold . The service guys here are great. They might be busy but they will get back with you pretty fast. From now on this is my one and only place to buy solr products.

I am a 70 year old disabled Vietnam vet. Every bit of the installation was done by me so good or bad it is mine. These inverters have their challenges but everything here was done in about 40 hours total. The wiring is very straight forward and the programming will make you scratch your head. SOLAR GUYS PRO and SUNGOLD technicians got on the phone with me and in 15 minutes my system was working properly and doing a very good job. 3300 watts total incoming solar landing on 12 total 12.8V 100AH batteries that are wired as Parallel Series to give 3 banks of 48 volt,100 Amp hour connections. Simplistic in operation but strong at the same time. If anyone wants to know the settings I use just ask.. Thank you Solar Guys. Michael

Dual battery setup with my Iceco APL 35 worked great. Temperatures were consistent on a five day trip to hot and muggy Tennessee. Li Time battery never went down below 90%. 200 watt Rich Solar panel mounted on the tonneau topper kept the lithium battery charged. For further insulation and protection, I wrapped the Iceco fridge with Reflective Insulation. My wife and I are delighted with this cooler. No more ice needed on our month long tent camping trips.

In March this year (2025) I had a Epoch 12300A-H Essential Battery installed to replace my four older Trojan T-105 6 volt batteries. The Epoch had more capacity than the combined Trojans which surprised me. I like the performance and really liked the Epoch app which made monitoring the battery conditions very easy. After experiencing the Epoch performance for 2 months and discussing with my wife we decided to purchase a second Epoch 12300A-H to install in parallel with the first one. We are pleased with the extra capacity we now have and really liked how the Epoch app linked the 2 batteries together. Our 570 watt solar system will also do a good job of keeping these batteries up for more RVing adventures. Installed in Monaco Diplomat Class A, diesel pusher, motohome.
